Dear all,
As mentioned above, please be advised that there will be a scheduled downtime on the CBAS application (Berth Application) and ITAP (Conventional Application) on December 27, 2022 from 00.00 hrs to 08.00 hrs due to a database migration activity.
The following applications are affected:
- ETP - There will be no vessel schedule updates during this downtime. This means that during this time, the ETA, ATA, ATB, ATD, and closing time will not be updated.
- ITAP – It will be inaccessible. During this time, the conventional team will conduct manual operations.
- GSC - There will be no export and import release processing during this time.
Please keep a close eye on the export release of containers to avoid any potential disruptions. To avoid the scheduled downtime, advance container planning is required.
Therefore, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation for any delay in our response.
