Agent Appointment for the Purpose of Trade Clearance Matters
Dear all, Malaysian Customs Department Headquarters has announced that the total number of custom agents appointed by a company has been approved from three (3) agents per state to five (5) agents per state. For Sabah & Sarawak, it is approved to have five (5) agents appointed per district due to geographical factor. If there is a need to have more than five (5), the company would have to submit their request to custom station / office for approval.
